Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses, write to us before ordering at info@chocopump.com.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any sales tax that applies to your address.

When it ships

Every unit in the current limited lot is already in the United States. We usually ship within 2 business days of payment, and delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days. You get a tracking number by email when the box leaves our warehouse.

If the current lot sells out before your order, we keep it and ship it with the next lot within 15 days of payment. We email you right away, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Florida sales tax

Orders delivered in Florida include Florida sales tax plus any county surtax, calculated at checkout.

Damaged or not working on arrival

Inspect the box when it arrives. If your Chocopump is damaged in transit or doesn't work, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We replace it or the affected part at no cost to you, including shipping.

Returns

You can return an unused Chocopump in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Write to info@chocopump.com with your order number first, and we'll send you return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the unit arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and check the unit, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of units that have been used with food. Those units remain covered by the 12-month warranty.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost before it ships. Write to us as soon as possible and we'll refund the full amount.

Larger orders

Orders of more than five units, and orders for resale, are quoted separately and may have their own shipping and return terms, stated in the quote.
