What's covered

Whimgoods LLC warrants your Chocopump for 12 months from the delivery date against defects in materials or manufacturing. During this period we repair or replace, free of charge, any part we find defective.

Your first spare part is free

Your first spare part request is free, including parts worn by normal use.

What's not covered

• Damage from falls, tampering, incorrect use or incorrect cleaning, or from not following the operating manual.
• Parts subject to normal wear, after your first free spare part request.
• Use of spare parts that are not original Chocopump parts.
• Downtime, lost sales or any other indirect loss.

How to make a claim

Email info@chocopump.com with your order number, the version (PRO or DELUXE) and a photo or short video of the problem. A person on our team answers and tells you the next step. If we need the part back, we tell you how to send it.
