What we collect

• What you type in our forms: name, business, email, ZIP code, number of units and your message.
• Order details from checkout: name, email, shipping address and the products you bought. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we don't receive your full card number.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site secure, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To answer your requests, process and ship your order, handle warranty claims, keep our accounting records and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), our email providers (to send and receive messages) and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each one uses the data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies and videos

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Videos are hosted on YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play; from then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

Messages and quotes: up to 2 years. Order and invoice records: as long as tax law requires, usually 7 years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@chocopump.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
