Who we are

chocopump.com is operated by Whimgoods LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 8620 NW 64th St, Ste 13, Miami, FL 33166, USA (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and limited lots

Chocopump is made by hand in Italy in small lots and sold in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until your payment is confirmed. If a lot sells out after you pay, we refund you in full or, if you prefer, reserve a unit from the next lot.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the contiguous United States. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns and cancellations follow our Shipping and returns policy. The 12-month warranty is described on our Warranty page. Both form part of these terms.

Use of the product

Chocopump is professional food-service equipment. Use it as described in the operating manual. You are responsible for following the food-safety rules that apply to your business.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Trademarks

Chocopump® is a registered trademark. Chocopump is compatible with 3 kg foodservice tubs of Nutella® and similar spreads. Nutella® is a registered trademark of Ferrero S.p.A. Chocopump and Whimgoods LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Ferrero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
