Before you buy
Does it come with the spread?
No. Chocopump fits the standard 3 kg foodservice tub you already buy from your supplier. Remove the seal, set the tub in, lock the lid with the two knobs and pull.
Is it heated?
No, it works with spread at room temperature. For the smoothest flow keep your tubs at 72–75 °F (22–24 °C), never straight from the fridge. On the first fill, pump slowly a few times with a finger over the spout until the spread comes through, and discard the first portions.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the outside with a damp cloth. For the pump, put a clean tub of hot water in place and pull the lever until the water runs clear, then dry it. No abrasive sponges or harsh detergents; on the DELUXE, clean the plexiglass with mild soapy water only.
What does the warranty cover?
Twelve months on parts with a material or manufacturing defect: we repair or replace them. Your first spare part request is free, even if it's just wear. Damage from drops or misuse isn't covered.
How does shipping work?
Every unit in this limited lot is already in the United States. Shipping is free to any address in the contiguous US, and you get tracking by email.
Can I return it?
Yes, an unused unit in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged or doesn't work, we replace it at no cost. Details are on the shipping and returns page.
